Arnold Castro
Founder & Managing Partner
Arnold was appointed as the first Assistant Dean of AI in the nation at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University — a role created to lead the school's AI strategy, curriculum, and transformation initiatives.
He brings more than 25 years of technology experience across manufacturing, oil and gas, finance, and aerospace — leading enterprise data and AI initiatives and advising executives on the intersection of AI strategy, infrastructure, and organizational change.
Before his current leadership work, Arnold spent nearly seven years as Chief Data & Technology Officer at MFG Analytic, where he helped organizations worldwide develop AI-powered applications and shape their broader AI strategies.
